It's too bad they completely tore down the existing building. In the original rendering, it appears the tower was going to incorporate that facade.

I think so. The mechanical penthouse sits behind a large mechanical screen. The screen has topped out for sure.

This one turned out really well. The black window frames and fenestration give it some nice texture.
