~10 months since groundbreaking. Should be given some kind of fastest construction award.

They're almost at 60% of floor height as far as i can count. Not bad at all. When do we start to see some cladding?

Sure, Chicago is sprouting less supertalls these days. But it's also seeing an entirely new skyline stretch west. I'll take it.

Serious shipping bottlenecks on West coast but framing is starting to arrive this week. Another month & you'll see the skin start.

Hard to gage the height on this, 1st pic looks like its getting really tall, last pic not so much. I guess I just have to head over take a look! Thanks for the pics as always!

Looks like it's up in in the mid-upper 20s floor range now?

Which means it's over halfway up, but still a ways to go. It definitely has a huge presence in the West Loop. I was down in the area yesterday and it was pretty incredible to see actually (even though it's not that tall compared to the rest of downtown). What was more impressive was standing on Randolph and seeing the parade of cranes going to the West.

Time for the crane to jump again. The core is nearly touching the operator cab.

I count 28 floors in that picture all the way to the top, so yeah..65%. Nearing the top pretty quickly now.

Looks like its near the 29-30 floor mark to the top of the forms (not including the core). Should have about 150 more feet to go.

Great pics as always, Solar!

I wonder how much farther it will rise before we start to see glazing. It'll be quite a sight to see, such a completely exposed structure from ground to top. Wasn't the St. Regis like that for a long time?

160 N Elizabeth, 166 N Aberdeen and 900 W Randolph are really changing the feel of Randolph for me. It feels a lot less like an average neighborhood thoroughfare and much more like it's part of downtown.

Off topic, but how close are 160 N Elizabeth and 166 N Aberdeen to topping out? I feel like it's gotta be soon for both.
