^ 969'-2" is straight from an extremely reliable insider who has seen the most recent drawings.

but you are free to hope (most likely in vain) for 1,045' or whatever.

This is at least in the top ten for the city right, guessing 7th or so. Anyway, Id say thats pretty good, not worth jumping off the ledge.

Reliable source sounds good , but where is the posted diagram. We need to hear from the developers themselves. I will try and get a more contemporary height number myself and post it. I know the original occupied height was at 893ft, then the screenwall was 118 ft, we will see if this has changed.

This building is so handsome I couldn't care less about obsessing over its height, as long as it's high enough to be noticed on the skyline and stick out in the area, which it is.

What are the biggest plans on the drawing board for Chicago where Power is the GC? I’ll make a list and interview the pour guy after buying him a beer for his time.

Friend of mine in engineering is also working on OCS & 400LSD. He told me about both well people articles got published.

March for OCS is actually a bit later than they originally planned. I'll have to check on 400LSD, but I still believe they are figuring out how to meet the alderman's specs and leverage the huge foundation, etc.

Where did you hear that? Aren't they part of the same building/base/foundation?

If true, it's better than only the short tower
