Excellent pictures. I think what I like most about this and other areas of Chicago is the lowrise near some of the highrises. Gives a great depth to the skyline.

2026 seems way too late, unless that was an exaggeration.

I'd hope we see some verticality even this year.

According to a community press release from the alderman a few months ago, vertical action should start by the end of this year or early 2025.
