NASHVILLE | 1401 Church St |3 TOWERS - 45, 35, & 30 FLOORS

A former dairy at the corner of Church and I-40/65 where downtown and midtown meet has been pushed forth by an impressive, 3-tower development proposed by an affiliate of Bosa Properties. This proposal is directly north of the multi-tower proposed redevelopment of the Reed & Beaman dealerships on either side of Broadway.

No significant details have been pushed yet, such as start date, but the train keeps growing for Nashville! Image provided are courtesy of a poster on UrbanPlanet.

Initial renderings dropped. Up to 1,350 residential units, a hotel, up to 75k sq ft of retail, and the tallest tower could be up to 575ft tall.

Nashville and Charlotte are slugging it out for the title of South's best city (outside of Texas and Florida) after Atlanta.
