A note on the simple massing: since the material details for this one (including terracotta) will likely be SHoP 'exquisite', I think the simple massing is fine... allowing Mirvish+Gehry nearby to do the architectural gymnastics for the block.
This proposal brings a total of
9 super-talls* for Toronto (2 under construction). The proponent here, DREAM Reit, is also involved in the long awaited Mirvish+Gehry project (resubmitted as 2 super-talls) which is
just a block west and is alive and well and finally going into sales in 2021 (confirmed by DREAM).
