Hey hey hey man, give Blink 182 some Cred. They are old school, they are the original out of all of those. Plus, their drummer was amazing.

I saw them at Warped Tour in 1999 in Vancouver, and even then I had been listening to them for ... 3 or 4 years.

Teenage Angst Bands will always be around. You just have to decipher which ones are the real deal.

Blink was okay, especially after Travis Barker joined the band, that guy is an awesome drummer. Nickelback has a really good drummer in Daniel Adair, that guy always does a really good solo.

Blink 182 at least had humour on their side. Simple Plan is just annoying.

I'd hardly call Blink original though. There were many bands doing that before them. Shit, The Doughboys from Montreal were doing the pop-punk thing in the mid-80s. They would have made a killing if they had come around ten years later. I'm so old.

I would say Green Day made that genre popular.

I don't mind Wilco actually, though they're not Canadian.

Not a big Nickelback fan. Mostly because they sound like so much old heavy, classic rock, and it's all been done.

How would you describe Huge international success? I've never heard of this band.

I don't know how to describe such neo-pop-punk-LA bands, in French I say «musique à numéros». music by numbers?

I *am* a classic rock fan, and I hate Nickelback because they strip all the passion out of it and made it bland repetitive crap.

Can't stand that band either. Overplayed, extraordinarily overrated, undertalented.

Rather like Oasis was back in the day.

True the only good thing about Blink is the drummer.
