MIAMI | Culmer Village | 325 + 325 FT | 25 + 20 FLOORS

612-Unit Culmer Village Gets FAA Approval

Quote:
The developer of Culmer Village was issued Federal Aviation Administration approval this week.

The FAA approval was issued on August 8. The developer is now permitted to build the towers up to a height of 325 feet above ground, or 337 feet above sea level.

Culmer Village was reviewed by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board in May 2022.

The developer has said that 40% of units will be affordable, with 60% workforce.

Two towers are planned to rise 20 stories and 25 stories.

The developer also signed a deal in March for water and sewer utilities.

A demolition permit for the site was approved last year.

According to the utilities agreement, Culmer Village will include:

612 apartments
12,804 square feet of retail
376 parking spaces (not included in the utilities deal)
The Culmer Metrorail Station is just steps from the site.

Behar Font is the architect.

KTLC Biscayne LLC is the developer.

This is a next level of ugly, but it'll be great for that region.
