Thanks^

The Cars and people are just for show, they arent scattered around the city, or else the city would become to slow.

your city blows my mind!! However i must ask one dumb question, how is it that you are able to get the ads in the billboards to stay centered? Whenever i create one on paint and then paint it to a blank billboard, it wants to pattern itself like a building texture and i can't figure out how to avoid that (if possible). Anyways thank you for showcasing your talent, your city brings me joy.

Oh thats not a dumb question, I had a problem with that too

The awnser is those arent textures. You can import the billboards with the Import button File>Import. Then you can place your billboard anywhere and any size.

Tell me if you dont get it

Pat, you just freakin' blew my mind! Holy shit!

Seriously, how many hours have you sunk into this now? I've been somewhat turned off (of creating new stuff) by the need to keep producing textures for my buildings, and here you are with all this gorgeous street stuff.

I may indeed start producing some more material. You have inspired me.

Well I first introduced Staunton (version 2.0) to the fourm back in June 6th, or 6-6-06, hmm thats wierd, anything to do with Stauntons grim enviroment?

When it looked like this..

The City grew rapidly because I was on Summer Vacation, but now I am back in school, the city's development has slowed down. Now I'm just adding detail to the city, instead of whole new districts.

Staunton, in the evening

Yeah, my whole day is almost planned out exactly the same from the last day:

School takes up (getting ready, and bus, etc) 5:35 - 3:15. Then just watching TV, snacks, computer from 3:15-4:45. Then Usually I hang with my friends from 4:45 to 7:10. Dinner, Dishes 7:10-8:30. Then Homework 8:30 to sometimes 10:30...

Not much time for Staunton now. But its Labor Day weekend, I have lots of free time

Finished Base

look mate your city is amazing your buildings just seem to fit, i was wondering as i represent a sim city for building architect tool team ie we modle custom content for the game could you show some individual buildings, maybe your personal favs so we can potentially recreate them in much greater detail... just as a testament to the mind blowing work here...
