If projects in Vancouver are being cancelled due to lack of demand for office I doubt Surrey Central will be any different.
Not to mention, the director behind this development is 'Davidson Guo.' Seems like a fairly dodgy individual.

There is also a commercial unit available to lease where this building is supposed to go, unsure why they would be doing that if this building is somehow supposed to be completed in 2028.
