I posted this awhile ago but I don't see it moving forward anytime soon. Simply too much office space that would need to be preleased. Our best hope is Marcon who are planning to construct their sales center soon. The Grand / Flamingo Block still have ample office space available.

If projects in Vancouver are being cancelled due to lack of demand for office I doubt Surrey Central will be any different.

Not to mention, the director behind this development is 'Davidson Guo.' Seems like a fairly dodgy individual.

ML Emporio sure is leaving their mark on Surrey. Wonder what their story is, fairly new company that's fully integrated with their construction arm 'Brasfield Builders' working on their soon to be 4th highrise with several low rises completed as well.

Strata office has a sketchy record in downtown Vancouver.

In the 1990s, there was a 28 storey strata office tower proposed for the current Paradox (Trump) Tower site called Golden Ocean Plaza. It didn't sell.
However, Bosa managed to sell a lot of units at the 320 Granville project more recently.

Google maps was updated recently, looks like the sales centre for Janda is under construction, while the site is cleared for the one by Marcon.

Still no movement on Thinds District NW despite the sales centre closing 2 months ago for construction.
