This co-living project by The X Company, the development leader of these facilities in the U.S., is set to be the city’s next destination location. The 28-story building adds 306 residential units, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom units in downtown Tampa. Also included is parking for 409 cars and amenity space on the ground floor and above the parking podium. The amenity space has restaurants, a gym, a co-working space, an outdoor pool and deck, and lounge. The full-block development preserves the existing Spanish Revival church on the site and repurposes it as an event hall. “The Bosque,” an outdoor space that provides separation between the church and the new structure, also serves as an entry court and an area of respite for residents and non-residents alike.

Demolition and site prep is ongoing right now.

This is about 3 floors off the ground. Rumors of it being stalled appear to be true, with X-Companies stalling on multiple of their X-Living towers across the country.
