06/29/2020 view of both 30 Otis & 1554 Market construction from the Fox Plaza 24th floor. Note the new LED pink triangle on Twin Peaks.

as hinted at in gilly's pic, the skin has started to go up on both ends of this one

from what I could tell, the material looked high-quality

also visible from Market/Franklin (for now)

as seen from Van Ness

30 Otis is dominating the skyline now! So strange to see this in my neighborhood.

While 250' isn't high, it's all relative. 30 Otis becomes the "cliff" next to all the low rise buildings next to it.

This building is being put up by the City Ballet School. Largely residential, for students and others, one assumes residents will be able to move in when it's finished. But it's also to be the new home for the school and it seems unlikely ballet classes will resume until COVID is history.

The same issue seemingly afflicts the Conservatory of Music's new building across Market St on Van Ness.

like those night shots, good to have that view sometimes too.

lighting not great, but since I was by there yesterday...

also quite visible from other vantages, as people have mentioned...

from Eagle Plaza

from the Mission

from Van Ness

edit: just a taste of the dramatic change in views once the Hub's current plans are completed
