26-Story ‘Family Focused’ Tal Aventura Gets Approval

In Aventura, a 26-story tower called Tal Aventura has just obtained conditional use approval.

Tal Aventura is planned to include 86 “family-focused” condo units.

The majority of residences will range from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet.

2151 Development Group and 2020 Acquisitions are the developers, with IDEA Architects designing the project.

“Our vision is to create condo residences that offer a single-family home lifestyle at an attainable price point, said Matthew Rosenblatt, founder of 2151 Development Group.”

A sales gallery is expected to launch before the end of the year.

The developer of an Aventura tower is hoping to change the mix of units to offer for its Miami-area venture. 2151 Development Group has been approved for 86 condos in 26 stories. The South Florida Business Journal reports the group is now asking for the City Commission to alter the mix, to include 93 condos and 224 hotel rooms in just 21 stories. The project, called Tal Aventura, will also include parking on a number of the lower levels along with a pool and basketball court on the ground level. There will be separate lobbies for the condos and hotel.

Miami-based Idea Architects is the architect of Tal Aventura. Aventura is believed to have some of the highest condo prices in Miami-Dade County.
