Thanks for adding this Gresto, I appreciate your forum updates to the Toronto sub-forum.

It's strange to see these giant proposals, but I guess because they area so close to multiple subway lines, it makes sense. It's a decent enough part of the core, but it won't be as popular as say, the Entertainment District. It's not looking too good, but it could be worse looking.
