Thanks, Carlos!

Here's the video. At 1:03 you can see the ramp. Man, I hope that's strong enough!

Somehow I found the buildings concrete contractor through a social media post and I wanted to link this because they posted a few neat photos on their instagram page showing aerial photos from this week (including a really good angle above the San Pedro Creek area). I can snip the photos and directly post them here since I know not everyone has an instagram account, but I wasn’t sure how to credit them properly or if there is really a precedent for that (since they are more like commercial photos)

Looks like they're pouring the 4th floor of the residential part. Seems like this is moving fast. Possibly a top out next summer at this rate?

Edit: Just saw the video posted. This is gonna make a big impact to that block downtown. I wonder what Weston is doing with the Milam Building... seems like that project has been in limbo for years, unless there's something I'm not aware of. Modernizing the street level of that building and adding some new retail would do wonders. Always thought the rooftop would be a good place for a bar too.

Nice shot! Can't wait for this one to be done. Gonna have a big impact on the skyline.

Side note, does anyone know if they're doing any exterior renovations to the InterContinental (old Wyndham)? That crown looks like it's seen better days and from old pictures where it didn't exist (and also going on that roof lol) it seems like it's modular.

I think it's taller now than the Weston's garage.

It sure does. And it's taller than all of its neighbors to the west and north.

This building is going up FAST. Can't tell what the floor count is from the webcam but it looks 2-3 floors higher than the Weston Garage and the old Broadway bank building next to it.

Agreed, considering the parking garage work really only started in late summer, the progress has been beyond what I expected. I checked over the weekend and was able to count them on floor 12 currently (the fifth residential floor). I also checked the renderings and they made me realize that this has already reached a third of its total height!

Yup, from this view, top of Weston Center will be visible. WC is 444'.
