Building at Broad and Arch

I walked by the building at Broad and Arch this morning and the lights were on in the old Dunkin Donuts at the base of the building. Anyone have any info on whats going on in there?

NE corner? Maybe the start of Realen converting it into a hotel, which they recently got a PA historic tax credit for?

New development coming to surface parking lot at Front and Race in Old City. Wish it was more density but nice to see a surface lot getting filled in.

Here's my quick attempt; hard to gauge scale from that angle, though. The height might be conservative.

My wife and I were just talking about how, the "modern skyline shots" will more likely come from the West Philly/ University City side. They will include Cira, FMC and Evo.


And now for something completely different: Really cool picture on this website of the Philadelphia skyline with the Murano and Comcast Center both under construction, and Cira is very new.
