An Unibanco bank Agency occupies the ground floor and mezanino after decision to not occupy the whole building first thought in project. The other floors are for general office.

a) correct, thanks
b) although the building has 18 floor, 15 are standard general office area, each per floor, for general companies, each one occuping one floor area. At ground floor a Bank agency occupies total it, which makes 1 unit more. Between the ground floor and the 15 standard ones, you have an empty floor which does not count to be used, but you have the same floor to floor height of empty space. Then you have one mechanical floor on top whith heliport ontop it, which is also not counted of office use. So, 15+1= 16 units only.
c) Please correct floor-to-floor to 3.75m instead of 4m.

Answering you again here:
a) Penthouse is duplex so counted as 2 floors. It is why including ground floor came 21. But you can do not count ground floor if you want, remaining only 20. It has 2 mechanical floors. heliport is only a metallic structure ontop and it was not considered as floors, of course.
b) As penthouse could be occupied with only one company and the rest are standard floors, each floor with one company, it is the result of 18 units.

Actually it is 3.75m - but on the info page it rounds the number to 4m.
But don't worry - in the database it is 3.75m.
