You beat me to it. I was going to say the same thing. It looks unplanned ( and it is )

I like the height and the addedd density, but there should be some way to cover those window.

It looks like somebody converted the back porch into a gameroom, using bubba down the street who didn't ever file any paperwork with the city so inspectors never made a visit to make sure it was all up to code.

How did they get away with having it that close to the One American Center? Aren't windows off limits for abutting neighbor walls?

I think that’s the parking garage or faux windows or something like that.

I noticed that too. Even if it's a garage window or not, it's a bad look imo.

Maybe not the best looking but I love the fact this replaced a 12(?) stall surface parking lot, great infill imo.

Snazzy. I'm a sucker for darker colors on skyscrapers, and though this is pretty short it looks excellent in that second shot. Build quality seems very high for a hotel in this price and height range - compare this to East Ave's hotel row!

Their hotels are pretty unique where they put the beds right under the large window. The chain is definitely a nice addition to the city. https://www.instagram.com/p/CnPnlNfNVSs/

I thought this one was going to have some sort of red accent.

It does have a red accent line running up the building when looking north on Colorado street. It isn't visible in the most recent pictures but you can see it if you scroll up to previous posts.
