It's a good bit above 400 feet now, I'd say 425 feet or so. I saw it this week from south Austin poking above the JW Marriott.

Tangent: Look at the difference between the parking garage and the brown building to its right. Austin would be wise to be more like San Antonio (HDRC) and have a little influence on building design. The brown building is nice. That garage is fugly.

I agree. The only upside I can think of about these completely separated parking garages is that unlike a podium, they could be torn down when unneeded in the years to come. But that's probably overly optimistic...

I doubt they can be torn down since they are connected to the buildings they serve. Best we could hlpe forf is they bury/eliminate the upper decks and maybe something could be built in front of the garages to hide them.

The brown building has all parking on the first couple of floors so it's different than the other two which are more Texas Donut styles (on three sides lol).
