Very nice, saw this in person the other day and almost shit my pants. Looks like they are insulating the sheer walls before putting some kind of paneling on it. Will make or break the building depending on what they install.

Solstice looks fantastic. I was bummed that the original moment-based organic side walls were value-engineered out but now I'm kind of digging the very contemporary/modernist side design.

Solstice looks awesome - now granted I may be slightly inebriated currently, but a few of the pictures look a hell of a lot more like the renderings than 99% of other projects. Really happy looking at the pictures. It's always interesting how downtown gets so much credit for more modern/contemporary architecture, but Hyde Park has some good examples of it that don't get enough credit.

I think studios are around $1800 while 1 bedrooms are more like $2300
