I enjoyed a Bob's sub or two back in the day, but he's persona non grata in HP and for obvious reasons. He's also in no financial position to reopen a business anytime.

He was arrested today and charged with multiple felonies. He is definitely done as a business owner in HP or anywhere else for that matter.

TIF money should not be spent to build a smaller building that pays less property taxes so that the residents of a 6 story building don't have to see a 9 story building.
