40-story residential tower, 9 floors above ground parking with 2 below ground. Unknown number of units.

It is part of the overall Autry Park redevelopment which already has spawned a 22-story tower, 8-story apartment building and several assorted retail structures.

Initial renderings of the site featuring this tower pointed to a structure not entirely dissimilar from Hanover Brazos Street in Austin, though the Autry Park visuals predate that project by a bit.

More recent visuals found on the CBRE leasing profile for the adjacent office building expected to go up at about the same time show the taller, if not somewhat sleeker structure planned.

This one is definitely moving quick - the footprint of the building is now visible and it seems foundation work may be underway. Cranes will likely be on site soon.
