Didn't know where to post this, but I figured this was the best option.

Crain's Chicago Business is reporting No. 9 Walton has set the record for most $3 Million+ condo sales in one building in Chicago and only has a single property left.

With all of the tall residential proposals out there, Tribune East, 400 LSD, One Chicago Square, etc., there appears to be plenty of demand.

Bodes particularly well for OCS as JDL is probably rolling in it after knocking this one out of the park. As much as you have to be conservative you also don't want your money sitting on the shelf collecting dust. OCS will eventually be profitable and having a pile of cash probably makes Jim Letchinger pretty darn confident in his ability to float OCS even if the economy sours.
