Typical. The initial renderings are great design. Subsequent renderings get worse.

Not sure this is a great design per se, but it looks a lot more interesting than the initial rendering, which was a sterile box. If anything, this has been an improvement just for adding some visual interest.

Oh my. I much prefer the original design. This new design is about as cohesive as a jazz quintent jamming while wearing really effective earplugs and blindfolds.

Yeah, I'm definitely not a fan of this one. I like the color, and I like the direction the transition between the office and residential floors is (reminds me of 425 Park Avenue), but I pretty much hate everything else about it. The is good, though, and this one will show up prominently from a few spots around my neighborhood.
