Thanks for the info.. Not my preferred locations for increased density.. would have preferred closer to downtown along Queen.. We'll see if any of these last three you posted will turn into anything.

Sidenote, there's been some good progress on the symphony condo and the Railroad st. towers as well as the other one across from the Starbucks/Burrito Boys.

Also proposals for two 11 storey buildings, one at 130 Queen Steer East and the other at 117 Queen Street West. The plans for 117 Queen Street West show 3 more buildings planned for the future.

Another proposal near shoppers world at 210-220 Steeles Avenue West. This one is for a 22 storey building and 2 more buildings between 20 and 30 storeys for a total of 3 towers. There are already 2 buildings in this area which will not be demolished. https://planning.brampton.ca/Citizen...howInspection=

Another residential building proposed for 245 Steeles Avenue West, this one is 26 storeys. I’m not sure if this is being proposed by the same people. https://planning.brampton.ca/Citizen...howInspection=

29 storey residential building proposed at 69 Bramalea Road. There are only 2 medium high-rise apartment buildings in this area as of right now. I personally don’t care about this area in terms of developments but I still wanted to share this info. https://planning.brampton.ca/Citizen...howInspection=

I completely agree... this area needs more mature trees.. not condos. it's very depressing looking

2 mixed-use buildings 25 and 30 storeys proposed at 8775 The Gore Road. This is another area I personally don’t care about when it comes to high rise buildings, I would prefer to see something like this closer to downtown.

2 48 story towers... there?... wow!! I don't think it'll happen.. it is Brampton afterall.. everything happens at a snails pace here or not at all.

The main downtown stip of depression could use some vitalization and some things of interest to draw people downtown and out.
