Thats the concrete stump thats taken years to build. Legit a floor every 3 months. I wish we could stop London firms (Drewlo, Auburn) tbh. They always take forever and always look like crap.

Question to the mods/admin (any everyone else):

With the incredible amount of growth and number of proposals within the Waterloo region (especially Kitchener), do we think it may be worth having a separate sub-forum for the area, much like London, Hamilton, Ottawa, etc.?

There are also a lot of KW projects on UT. Just easier to post images and links.

Looks like an appeal by Drewlo for a mixed use development in Waterloo Region has been filed.

475 & 485 King Street N.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR SETTLEMENT

[11] The Parties agreed to engage in informal settlement discussions in the hopes of narrowing the issues to be adjudicated. However, it was submitted that it would be premature to request Tribunal-led mediation at this time. Should the Parties find that assistance from the Tribunal will be beneficial, they will contact the Tribunal’s Case Coordinator to commence the formal mediation process.
