This guy was on our front porch a few days ago. It's a Wolf Spider. It was almost 3 inches across. They aren't poisonous, but they will bite and leave a nasty sore.

More backyard critters. Rain brings all kinds of pests! Actually, the monarch butterflies are migrating back to Mexico this time of year and can be seen everywhere.
