Also wouldn't overall height be 1011ft, reflecting the heights corner (not 1010ft)?

^ All 3 towers should have been connected by skybridges to give us an amazing observation deck.

On their web site there is written 77 floors, but they are only 58. In any case never 79 floors. To correct it, please.

How many floors does “Upstairs” actually occupy? Only the topmost occupiable one? That’s the only one that looks like it has higher ceilings than the rest.
