Laugh all you want, but East of Broad Street has no supertalls & Camden is our only hope!!

If we get a supertall east of Broad, the only reasonable place for it at the moment would be 8th and Market. In fact, I'm really hoping that someday we get a supertall there.

Anyway, back to Camden.

Fageddaboudit ...... Human species will colonize Alpha Centauri before a high-rise , sky scraper , super tall gets planted
at that corner .

That 8th. to 9th. street asphalt cancer off Vine is another over do waste land that needs attention .

I had to take an alternate route out of town this morning, so I swung onto E. Market from 8th Street. All the way to 95, the tower going up was a very visible "bookend" to the E. Market (mainly lowrise) canyon. Camden has been there all along, but from that part of town, I never really noticed it. :-)

I'm not sure but I think the tallest building in Camden is city hall ..... something near 300' .
So are you saying THIS building will be taller than that ....
