TEMPE | Mirabella at ASU | 250 FT | 20 FLOORS

This is a senior/retirement residential tower, similar to the Mirabella building constructed in Portland a few years ago. It is being constructed in conjunction with Arizona State University on ASU land, and will offer educational amenities to residents.

I was about to start this thread and you beat me to it. Anyways it's nice to see such a project go up in one of Phoenix's suburbs. A little ironic that senior citizens are going to be moving right in the heart of ASU but these aren't your average seniors that want to live far out in the surrounding deserts in secluded communities.

Here's a beautiful photo of the growing Tempe skyline with Mirabella under construction. Yes that is snow on the mountains in Phoenix.
