How are these attached? Like what's the dark gray stuff it's being attached too? Sorta looks like a cement/plaster. It's darker than the lighter formed concrete.

The dark gray is still concrete, but it looks like they've sealed the slab edges and columns with a Modac paint coating. This should prevent water from getting into the concrete and causing spalling/rusting, at least for a few decades.
The facade panels at the corner (made of aluminum probably) look like they are installed on clip angles over a mineral wool insulation.
The glazing looks like it will just be a basic storefront glass, the whole facade is just a basic black storefront (or maybe a custom dark gray color) and then there are elaborate clip-on pieces for the columns and slab edges.
