So, it looks like they've reversed the names for Domain Tower II and Domain Tower III. Domain Tower II had previously been shown to be next to the Domain Tower. In that case, the recent Statesman and Business Journal articles about Domain II's construction and height were correct after all. Also, I've got some editing to do to my Google Earth model again.

True but we haven't built a bridge over it like it's something to be admired.

Is it too early to start designating districts within the Domain?

The developers have already started. The "Domain Northside" has been around a while, and the Bldg. 045 area projects are now part of the "Domain South End".

I'm not sure you understand why people build bridges

It's a bummer though it won't connect to Brockton to help create a street grid.

I prefer "Drive Thru Bank District w Signature Pond Bridge" for the last one.

Powerline Park is perfect and they should actually 100% name it that.

I'd cut SW some slack. I think even Simon learned quite a bit between its phase 1 and phase 2, and I think the "great lawn" and the pedestrian paseos leading up From Dillards to Dicks are quite nice.

The surroundings are very pleasant. The biggest problem there is connectivity, of course, but also they don't seem to know how to market that location. They tried general retail but it didn't work. Then they went with "value" brands, but those retailers tend to be in poor financial shape already. For now they seem to be targeting families with young children. What will this place look like if the iPic closes in the bankruptcy fallout? They need to pivot this area away into something more commercial/residential in the future or it will be a ghost town with a few dollar stores.

With all the residential/office going in into the Sound End, I can't see it becoming a ghost town.

I don't think it has bad connectivity (per se), it's that what it connects with isn't finished building yet. Kramer and Donovan are E/W connectivity to a lot of other density (lots of new apartments along Kramer, etc.)

I'm guessing "accessory use" could mean retail? We could really use some more of that in that stretch of the Northside. I'm glad that big surface-level parking lot is being developed.

It seems like the development potential of the Domain is kind of being maxxed out. Almost every empty lot is getting developed.

On the topic of districts, when you spend time there, it's impossible to escape the feeling that there are 2 Domains; more or less divided by the empty spaces (parking lots, power line park) around Esperanza Crossing.

They should redevelop those godawful surface-level parking lots. Add more garages.

This is one of those huge parking lots. Also note they are upgrading Pravada to be an actual street connecting up to Palm Way. They seem to be piecemeal expanding the grid here in other ways, too, and laying a foundation for a broader grid network later on.

They could build these tomorrow and have them fully leased out.
I wonder if/when actual construction might start.

Oh shit, nice. Connecting Pravada to Palm will help some with connectivity.

I just don't put much hope into the idea of redeveloping the Dick's, Macy's, and Westin parking lots. That's the real thing splitting the two Domains. People might walk the whole thing if it's a pleasant walk but that stretch sucks currently.

Here is something interesting buried in the detailed section for Bowen Residential tower.

It mentions three phases:
PHASE1: Domain Tower 3 - waster water info….
PHASE2: Residential Tower 1, Office 4, Offce 2- waste water info …
PHASE3: Residential Tower 3,4 Office 5,6 and Domain Plaza - waste water info …

PHASE3 represents where 045 currently sits,

Wow. Nice find - three more residential towers and two more office towers!
