Hunters Point is very interesting to me. Just tons of space for development, and so close to desirable locations. Almost an anomaly to have this much space and potential.

I was taking a stroll around Hunter's Point this afternoon and got a few pics of the Bud Site being developed by TF Cornerstone. You can see the base of a crane in the center of the image, just behind and above the fencing.

The towers in the background are in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I noticed today that the western facade of 35 Commercial Street, a 22-story tower on the right in the image, is blank. That must be awful for the residents of 1 Blue Slip, the tower just to the west. In the east-facing units, many of those residents are going to be stuck with a blank party wall. How odd.

^The crane in the middle in the back is for another project 2-33 50th Ave, a 12 story complex under construction. I believe the three towers are all topped off now in the foreground

Those 3 Malt Drive towers have filled that gap in nicely, wonder if that warehouse next door will be the next to go.

Lot E, between 55th and 56th, has been cleared in the last week of all equipment they were using for Gotham Point North and South. Lot D is full of trailers for the Malt Drive towers. I wonder if something for Lot E will be announced soon.
