Question REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION: High-rise Heights

Recent submissions for buildings that I've requested have been added to the database as "lowrise" despite being above 35 meters tall. Is the criteria for highrise only 12 floors now? For example, this 12 storey building via the architectural plans is 36.6M to the roof:

Which is significantly shorter than this 8 storey, 52.5M tall building which has been labelled as a lowrise in the database:

I just want to clarify to ensure that I'm not requesting irrelevant/undesired buildings that bog down the database. My historic understanding is that a building is considered a highrise when it is either 12 floors and/or 35+ meters. Other cities (such as Toronto, NYC) have a significant number of highrise buildings that exceed 35 meters but are below 12 floors. This is also evident when using the map feature; the height begins at 35 meters which reinforces the highrise height beginning at 35 meters.

If the threshold for highrise buildings is in fact 35 meters, the buildings below should be listed as highrises. Thanks in advance for providing clarification on this!

As far as I know, it's 12 floors and/or 35+ meters. I haven't heard the 35+ metres was dropped.

Regardless, you are bogging down the forum with proposals under 12 storeys. That's not suggesting you should stop. We need you to become an editor.

Please find a way to give him editor status.

Thanks for letting me know!

Editor status would be ideal as I continue to keep a close eye on the development scene in Massachusetts and have a document summarizing all of the building requests I've yet to make. I just wanted to ensure I wasn't overburdening the requests forum while also ensuring other requests are fulfilled.

I've available through private messages to discuss further.
