Is that cut in the median new? Looks like it from the photo, and seems like a dangerously horrible idea being so close to a big intersection and that slip lane. Should just be closed and people can u-turn further south if needed. Is there an entrance to Bison behind the building that could also be used to go north or east?

That median cut was there for Dairy Queen, they're actually closing it and filling it right now.

They are doing soil sample drilling around the old Subaru dealership presumably in preparation for Phase 2 of this project.

There are a few going on in that area or Pembina. 3021 Pembina is well on the way.

Always nice to see a Winnipeg phase II going up! I thought this project was in trouble when Arc caught fire during construction but it's nice to see it nearing completion now.
