Just to add the sidewalks were almost impassable and in terrible shape, especially behind on Spring St. But how they are wide and new.

My goodness, can they please finish the facade on this side?

This pic is from a couple of weeks ago. I just posted it to show PhunkyPho the front since I didn't take a pic of the front today. Only the back and (other) side.

The parking lot next to Krab Queenz that they alluded to being developed when they built the mega deck just got fresh lines for cars. Hopefully it gets the ax soon.

I am not surprised that the south facing side of this building is not completed.. The metal attachments are quite reflective and rather blinding when driving towards the garage from West Peachtree (traveling south to north; about 1-2 hour before sunset when the sun is low in the horizon).

Don't they have a hotel planned to face the south end of that parking garage? Perhaps they are going to leave it as it until that project is finished.

There was a hotel planned for the site south of the parking deck but that seems to have stalled after they demolished an existing building and started site prep back in 2019. It was proposed as a Fairfield Inn / Townplace Suites dual-branded hotel. Since then, permits have been filed for a dual-branded Fairfield Inn & Townplace Suites at 445 Marietta Street so the proposal for that site may officially be dead.

Back in March 2019 a buddy involved in the project told me 18 stories and 287 feet, similar to the other Emory tower a block south at 550 Peachtree St which looks to have 17 stories from the outside. This shot is from the 17th floor of the Reynolds condos across the street. They poured the 9th floor this morning; the ground floor is called the 2nd floor, so maybe 17 above ground floors, like the other tower?

At 903 Peachtree it looks like the parking deck levels have been poured and they've started on the residential floors!

This is turning out to be taller than I expected. The rendering makes it look shorter than it's looking like it will actually be.

There were some workers and utility trucks at the Cousin's site today. Probably doesn't mean anything...
