If the garage door is built to match that rendering they will use the good high quality wood on the door just like for example this.

Yeah honestly the door itself doesn’t bother me
all that much. It’s mostly that there’s a 10 foot gap between this building and the next one up the side street that could have held the garage entrance. The presentation said that area will just be deeded as a backyard to the last townhouse there on the right. Just seems odd to set it up like that. But yeah with good materials used, even with the garage door, replacing a parking lot that’s been there at least 80 years with an otherwise fantastic looking project is a big win.
Also, as to the height, the by-right w/ green roof and affordability bonuses would have been ~10 feet taller according to the presentation. I’d honestly prefer the uniform height on Pine street to preserve the neat looking block over 10 feet in additional height.
