Not sure what is going on there. That was a 7-11 and the building was sold to the developer. Looks like it has been renovated, probably by the developer. The owner of 2204 Market Street refused to sell but the bar has since closed. I believe there is at least one apartment in the building. I'm sure whatever offer the property owner got from the developer was significantly better than they will ever get now. So, Market Street will be lined with towers with this one odd little rowhouse in the mix. Makes life interesting.

What a cool building. I just wish it were taller - it deserves to be more prominent in our skyline. And the old bar there looks great, I love the contrast.

Agree with you, and I'll add that I think a touch of color, maybe a change up in the glass in a few places, would have gone a long way in calling this out to the eye.

My god the view from that intersection once the building across the street is finished will be amazing. The street view 10 years ago vs today will be astonishing

I wonder if this will have decorative lighting like a lot of our newer projects, I think some vertical strips at the top would be interesting
