Today, Amazon announced the rollout of Rivian electric vans. Ten cities are listed in the body of the article and they promise "thousands" will be in a 100 cities by the end of the year.

The smoothness (or not) of their introduction will be interesting to compare to that of the USPS.

I thought one of the selling points for the Oshkosh vehicles was that their internal combustion engines and gas tanks could easily be swapped out for batteries and motors, so that as Post Offices put the charging systems in they could turn in the ICE units and have them converted to electric.
