That's because if you pay attention you'd see that you are looking at the interior of the building. The white will not be on the outside.

That is the interior side but it looks like there is a white fin sticking out from the exterior side on the right

Maybe, but the renderings make it pretty clear that it's basically a glass curtain wall

Harry, in your last picture. I was just wondering if those side beams running along the piles are an indication of where the low level floors will be, or are they just there to support the crossbar support beams running across?

The beams running horizontally along the sheet piles (whalers) appear to be placed for maximum efficiency in supporting the wall. On other projects they have not had any relation to eventual floors.

Walsh's website says that theirs gonna be a 6 story below grade parking garage but that hole looks like it could barely fit 4. I guess grade in this sense is wolf point plaza, or orleans street.

Garage ceiling heights tend to be quite low.

I get that, but if one level of the parking garage were to be under the bottom of the lowest level of bracing (hypothetically, that seems like it would be the lowest height a floor could be) then you would still only be able to fit 4 in, not including slab thicknesses/any other foundations they construct (the pile caps seem to be dug in though and the elevator mat should be going in that big hole in the center). Although upon further reflection, you're probably right though because if I recall the sheet piles were 55 feet and assuming they extend 5 feet below the final depth of the excavation (which they usually do) that's still around 8 feet for each level which seems 'bout right for a floor height in a garage. We'll have to wait and see though.

Are you considering the above grade but below upper level streets space? The garage may be partially "buried" under the Riverwalk and upper level streets.

I'm thinking it'll be like wolf point west's parking except wolf point east will be built on top its parking. "Flush" with the upper street levels
