Yeah this is good. I was kind of dissapointed when i read 235 parking spaces for 275 apartments, but then I saw it'd be tons of office space plus a hotel! not bad...

It's also great to see local developers constantly push their limits (Shapack and JDL) with bigger and bigger projects.

140 N Ashland has begun demolition and has a construction loan. Construction will likely start in the next few months

Isn't there an affordable housing project at Damen & Lake planned hovering around high rise status? Also, is the area west of Ashland and north of Lake allowed to have residential now? If so then I'll bet that once some of the new office projects closer to Ogden are finished and have enough workers in them, we'll start to see some residential being built in that area west of Ashland/north of Lake.
