Was there ever an approved master plan? Or is entirely ad-hoc block by block? I guess I was only thinking of the old overall plan images that show blocks names, 292E, etc. I don't recall seeing any of those that included Thurman.
Weird that they would look at developing the site as a hotel when they're in the somewhat unique position of being able to build apartments without being subject to IZ.

Design Advice Request meeting for a proposal to develop Block 292 East in the Con-way Master Plan area with a 6-to-7-story residential building with approximately 166 units. The U-shaped building will have a courtyard that opens toward a mid-block pedestrian-way to the west, and its lobby will be located in the southwest corner of the site facing south onto NW Raleigh St. Below grade parking will have approximately 128 parking stalls and be accessed from NW Savier St on the north side of the site.
Interesting with the multi story townhomes on the roof level. Those would be rentals too?
it appears their design parti is to mimic old warehouses that have penthouse additions plopped on top of them (pgs 57-58 in the PDF), but now with extra-super notatalloutofplace gabled roofs. I have not seen this before outside of SERA's work and I really don't like it. harumph.
