Look at all that scaffolding. These were not usual floors where you’re just bringing up forms from the previous floor. These are custom framed and some of that scaffolding is six+ stories. AND a v shaped beam to boot. It’ll start flying once they get to the repetitive floors.

If I recall, 1000M started months before the pandemic. November or December of 2019. I think.

It did. Started 'back up' last December. Mat was poured on a chilly day.

I’m pretty sure I saw the base for a tower crane being delivered to the Cassidy Tower site. Was about 11:15.

You're not impatient. This development broke ground around the same time as 741 N Wells.
