I know these sort of questions get asked regularly, but where do you all think this tower will be height-wise and as far as cladding goes a month from now? I'm wanting to make a trip to NYC around mid-September, so I'm hoping to see all these current supertalls (CPT, 111, & 1Vand) topped out by then and snap some shots with my DSLR!

Whenever I go to Chicago, I always stop by the Sears Tower and just stare up at it from the base. Must be pretty freaking amazing to stare up at 3 skyscrapers that are within a few blocks of each other that are basically as tall and taller than the Sears. Last time I was in NYC, 432 Park was only about 800 ft tall. I'll have to go back when these are all done.

When 432 Park was built, just a few years ago, a lot of people said it was too tall and out of place because it was so tall. It's still tall, but now withCPT and Steinway, it's just another of a group of buildings that have redefined the skyline. And just forget about One57. I try to imagine what it would have been like if CPT was the first one to go up.

Maybe it's just me, every time I see this building it reminds me of the Citadel in Half Life 2.
