My own interpretation of the project using construction documents, this is fairly accurate but for how the façade of the spiral will transfer down, vertically or angled. This thing sticks out like a sore thumb. It would've looked much better with a smooth façade, this shape extrusion nonsense make it look too messy.

Nice. It may not be the tallest on the skyline, but it’ll certainly stand out. One thing I did notice from the graphics, the western facade of the hotel will have a design similar to the observatory levels.

It takes a nod from a toilet brush caddy.

I'd say it's a nod to a pile of sh*t.

Though hopefully the facade makes up for it somehow and hides the hideous shape.

Xings version looks really good.

This comes up before CB5, though indirectly for the air rights transfer. We may hear some details on the proposal itself, but that remains to be seen.

Imagine thinking that is a nice building. It's so ridiculously ugly I can't believe it isn't a joke.

It's not great, but I feared that it would look far worse.
