Not a fan of the massive parking deck nor the lack of additional housing. IMO, scale should be larger.

I'm loving all this beltline development news.

Portman seems to have snagged a decent foothold on three sections of the eastside trail; Krog, Ponce and here. Seems to be a good strategy to me. I hope they put together something nice here. 9 acres is a lot of space. They could do their own New City o4w type thing here.

Signal House is supposed to be apartments. The tower on the other side of PCM is going to be a "flexible-stay hospitality building." So no condos sadly.
