I heard a dental office is moving to the retail area on the One Water Street commercial ground level. Was really hoping for something like a restaurant.

There’s multiple commercial units (I think there’s 11) at One Water Street but I haven’t heard anything about if any more of them have been leased yet. Hopefully a nice restaurant goes in!
Just adding a couple pictures to what I mentioned in a previous post. Demolition on or adjacent to the Monaco site (not sure where that site begins and ends) and some of the vegetation being removed from the future UBC downtown campus site. You can see some equipment and broken chunks of concrete in the parking lot there as well.
Also, a pic of Brooklyn from the same spot:
Finally, another industrial looking building going up on Clement and some shots of the second One Water Street tower:

It looks like UBCO is wasting no time getting things prepped for their downtown project. Pretty exciting to see.
Clement is quickly becoming a major road in Kelowna. It was a ghost street not even 10 years ago, and today, it's one of the busiest in the city with regards to residential construction.
Rental building proposed on the southern portion of the site of former SD23 offices. No official development permit through the City of Kelowna yet so no word on who the developer is.

There's a 3-storey concrete facade at One Water facing, I think, Clement. Maybe it's on the Manhattan side, not sure. Anyone know what are the plans for that big vertical face of wall?
My dad worked in that office building for 25 years. He said it’s zoned for a 19 storey tower. But as we know and have seen time and time again, developers seem to have no trouble getting approval to go higher than the zoning. My guess is a developer will try to purchase the O’flannigans building to the east and possibly the building the subway is in as well to develop the entire block between queensway and the alley.
