But yeah, it’s a poor use of land and full of rather shady people, but isn’t that what cities are about? We can’t have everything be sterile playgrounds for rich assholes like you and me, we need a place for crack dealers to do their thing too.
Best solution is to have the site redeveloped into a highrise while McDonald’s continues to occupy the base. Then everybody wins
