Asiad tower -- Delhi's tallest?

I can't seem to find any information about the Asiad Tower, the strange lollipop-shaped building near Siri Fort. (See #12 here.) I know that it was built for the Asian Games in 1982. This page claims that it's now a three-story revolving restaurant and that it's the tallest tower in Delhi.

I doubt it's the TALLEST tower in Delhi, but surely it's ONE OF the tallest structures. Does anybody know anything about this thing? Is it still in use as a revolving restaurant? Is the inside as retro as the outside? Is the inside as claustrophobic as I'd expect it to be? Does anybody have any pictures from the inside?

Here's another picture:
