New Rendering & Sculpture At St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles

Quote:
A new rendering of St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles has been released.

The sales gallery of The St. Regis Residences also recently unveiled a sculpture by Italian artist Lorenzo Quinn.

The towers are being designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by São Paulo-based designer Patricia Anastassiadis and landscape design by EDSA.

The South Tower, first to be completed, will feature 175 residences.

Quinn is a contemporary figurative sculptor, best known for his large-scale pieces and expressive recreation of human hands.

Quinn’s “Our Nucleus”, is sculpted in his signature style in stainless steel and rises over nineteen feet tall.

The piece is viewable at the entrance to the sales gallery before it is permanently installed within The Residences.

New tallest for the area. Demand is strong! Bound to be one the most stunning developments for Sunny Isles.

St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Advances With Utilities Deal For 336 Units

Quote:
Developers planning the twin-tower St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach have signed a utilities agreement that will allow construction to proceed.

County records also show that a tree permit was being reviewed this month – another sign that construction is near.

According to the utilities agreement dated March 15, the development will include:

336 residential units
6226 square feet of full service restaurant
3970 square feet of office
Two towers are planned, with 175 residences in the south tower, which will be the first to be completed.

Each of the 62-story towers is planned to rise 750 feet, which is taller than any existing building in Sunny Isles, and matches the height of the Bentley Residences tower also planned in Sunny Isles.

In January, the developer said that the development had taken in nearly $750 million in reservations in less than six months.

Arquitectonica is the architect, with interiors by São Paulo-based designer Patricia Anastassiadis and landscape design by EDSA.

Fortune International Group and Château Group are the developers.

There is about 750 Million dollars in reservations last reported multiple months ago, new numbers have not surfaced, this may break ground this year or the beginning of next year.

I'll be honest, I had my doubts. Apparently the market is still doing well. Equipment is now on the site and the description on the photo reads: "Coastal/ Keller jumping into another deep foundation, Predrilling starts Monday!!!!!"

Very neat! When these pairs and the Bentley residences are done, Sunny Isles Beach will have 17 skyscrapers. My one wish is a better street presence for these towers... but then they wouldn't sell as well.
